Creativity With Color is the place to exercise the creative spirit, while you raise funds for a special cause.
To reserve a fundraiser, a minimum of 15 guests is required. The studios maximum number of guests at Creativity with Color is 32. If your fundraiser is held at a site other than the studio, up to 40 painters can be accommodated.
Destination fundraisers: Require a $25 travelers fee when the initial down payment is made.
The downpayment for a fundraiser is $140 which covers the first 4 guests. The remaining balance is due the day of the event, which continues at a $35 per person rate. To clarify, the studio price is $20 plus the $15 fundraising fee. This fundraising fee is what you make back towards your cause.
On the day of the fundraiser if all guests do not attend, the party planner will still be charged for those not in attendance. For example, if you book a fundraiser for 15 guests and only 13 show, the party planner will be billed for the remaining 2 guests.
All painting materials are included.
Such as medium, paint, paint brushes, water cups, paint palettes, and easels. Aprons are also provided, however please note acrylic paint will stain.
Destination fundraisers: Please note tables and chairs are not provided.
Fundraisers are approximately 2 hours.
Studio fundraiser arrival time: In addition to the 2 painting session, 30 minutes are allowed prior to the painting session to decorate, relax, and mingle.
Destination fundraisers: The instructor must arrive an hour prior to the start of the fundraiser to set up.
Normal policy: In the event you have to cancel your event, please contact us 14+ days in advance to receive a refund or credit to a future date.
Cancellations made within the 14 days are subject ONLY to a credit to a future date. The downpayment is non-refundable.
No refunds are given to "no shows".
If the schools in the town of the event are closed, you will have the option of rescheduling your private party to an open date. The downpayment is non refundable.
